RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)​​​​​​​
Terms & Conditions
Below are the general terms and conditions for RMA requests, please read carefully and reach out to us should you have any questinos. PDF version is available at the bottom of the page

Authorization must be obtained from our sales representative before merchandise is returned for credit
-
Software (retail box) with opened packings are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase
-
Software (electronic delivery) is non-returnable and non-refundable after purchases​
RMA Number
-
Cusomters should submit a written request to MMAX for any returns
-
RMA number will be issued for approved requests within two (2) business days
-
RMA numbers is valid for ten (10) business days and will expire if the returned item(s) is not recevied within the period
-
Custoemrs should notify MMAX in the request if any physical damages are found on the merchandise(s)

RMA Shipment

Defective item(s) should be returned:
-
with Purchasing proof (copy of invoice)

with proper protection
-
with the RMA number clearly visible on the package (any item(s) without RMA number will be refused)

with original packing and accessories
-

MMAX shall not be responsible for any damage and lost of RMA package(s) during transit. Using a traceble carrier and insurance is strongly recoomanded
-
MMAX reserves the right to return any merchandise(s) un-repaired without notification, should customer fails to provide proof of purchase, and if the serial/lot numbers are unidentifiable, incorrect, or missing​

Authorization must be obtained from our sales representative before merchandise is returned for credit.
RMA Shipment

Ship defective merchandise to MMAX with freight prepaid and insured. We would recommend customers use a "Traceable carrier" who provides a proof of delivery.

Return merchandise must be accompanied with invoice copies.

RMA number must be marked clearly on the shipping label or the package.
-
The package has to be properly packed to protect against damage in transit.

All customer's markings or labels must be removed from merchandise.

Radeon RX 6000 series and GeForce RTX 3000 Series GPU video card sales are final. If the GPU is defective, we will facilitate or aid in facilitating any warranty claims to manufacturers

Failure to comply with the above reqiurements might lead to voided warranties and refused RMA(s)

MMAX Group (Canada) Inc ["MMAX"] reserves the right to alter any terms without prior notice
Customers who do not comply with all of the above requirements will delay RMA processing or be subject to service charges. Replacements or repairs will be made when returned merchandise is received.
